What is calibration?
Calibration is the process of analysing and adjusting internal components that enable the breathalyser to measure alcohol levels correctly.

Why calibrate your device?
Calibration is essential to ensure that the measuring device remains at the required level and complies with standards and regulatory requirements. Like all measuring devices, breathalyzers must be calibrated at least once a year to ensure optimum performance.

How do you go about it?
To have your device calibrated, all you have to do is :

  1. Download and complete the calibration form provided after purchase.
  2. Send the device (without accessories, preferably in its protective cover and by a tracked parcel to avoid loss, with the completed calibration form to the address below:

  3. Your breathalyzer will be returned to you (by tracked parcel) within approximately 10 days of dispatch.
